Drink 8-10 glass of water

During pregnancy drink 8-10 Glass of water, Juice and warm water in morning because body needs
lots of liquid and in this period lots of women’s suffers from constipation.
During pregnancy & breastfeeding period avoid beer, wine or other hard drinks, hard lemonade,
caffeine & soft drinks. As all the liquid can pass through your breast milk and can harm your baby’s
brain and body development.
